You will need no key or access card. All the apartments have electronic locks that open using a numerical access code. If the channel or agency where you booked your stay gives us your contact, you will receive the access code to the apartment block prior to your arrival. At the entrance hall you will find a check-in kiosk that will issue the number of your apartment and the code which you will use during your stay to enter the building and your apartment. The kiosk will also issue the access codes to WI-FI.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in your daily rate. Bed linen and towels are changed whenever a new client arrives, and then again every three days or, exceptionally, when requested by the client.

No! You are entitled to regular cleaning service, daily or not, depending on each unit. This includes making the beds, tidying up the space, and cleaning the floor, bathroom and kitchen. Your apartment has a dishwasher, so washing the dishes is not included in the regular cleaning service.


Not! You will have a cleaning service every 3 nights: making the bed, storing the space, cleaning the floor, bathroom and kitchen. Your apartment has a dishwasher, so this task is not included in the daily cleaning task list.

Excellent value for money

Money well spent. A completely transparent operation: there are absolutely no hidden extra costs such as internet Wi-Fi service, electricity or water. Everything is already included in your final rate, making it easier for you to manage your budget. Clients on holidays or work trips staying for seven (or more) straight nights can benefit from a reduced rate per night. If on a work trip, you can also comfortably turn your living room into an office or meeting room.

Total Privacy

Any Hello Lisbon unit has no more than 20 apartments, therefore hosting a maximum of 40-50 people at any given time. This compares with 100 to 200 bedrooms in a standard hotel, easily reaching 400-500 persons in one building at the same time. Moreover, the fact that there is no physical reception desk further protects your total privacy.

More space to live and work

An average apartment is at least twice as large as a regular hotel room. In addition, it includes a spacious high-tech kitchen.

The apartment is yours from 3pm on your arrival date and should be checked-out no later than 11am on your departure date.

You can check-in at any time after 3pm.  We strongly advise you to keep with you the voucher we have sent you three days prior to your arrival, which has the access code to the building.

All kitchens are fully equipped, naturally including a fridge, oven, micro-wave and coffee machine.

All apartments have limitless free Wi-Fi at your disposal.
